The Trip to Goat Island

It was in between 6 to 7 in the morning, kids made there way to school to get ready for our goat island trip. when the bus arrived we went into the bus and left.

A few hours later we arrived at goat island, We all settled our selves and got into our groups. My group started off with our bush walk. We walked up the hill and saw the nice view, after we got back it was sour turn to check out the place at the rocks on the shore line. We all jumped around the rocks like kangaroos.

We went more farther out and made it to a shore line with a lot of rocks and we also found some caves. We went to explore the caves but turns out they were just dead ends. At the same place we found a water fall we all stood at the water fall and took some photos.

When its was nearly our turn to snorkel in the water we made our way back to our meeting spot. We sat down and waited and they gave us some adult buddy's to stay with us just in case we need to use the board, when it was our turn we put on our wet suits, our fins and our masks and headed down to the water.

When we got down to the water we slowly made our way into the water and then set off. When we got out deeper we saw a lot of snapper and we also spotted an eagle ray. We swam around for a bit and then made it back to land. 

We got out of the water ran back to our meeting spot and got changed. As we were taking the wet suits off it was really hard it took me a little bit to take it off, They instructed us to soap our wet suits then clean it. We all changed and then we got into the bus getting ready to go back to school. It was SO FUN.

Learning How to Snorkell

Today I will be writing about Room 7 and I going to swimming.. Remember to send feedback.

Yesterday Room 7 and I one by one barged through the front door lining up to enter the bus. We all walked to the bus and settled ourselves into the bu.

As we got there we all entered the door of the pool we smelt chlorine.We all rushed into the toilets to get changed. When we got out we went and we met the E.M.R(Experiencing Marine Reserves) lady's we met at school. They instructed us on how to use the snorkelling gear.

When we entered the pool we all wore our gear and hopped into the water. We all had buddy's to go with. First she gave us a boogey board to help us and then we started to get the hang off it and we all learnt how to snorkel.

After we got out of the pool we ran off to the toilets to change ourselves back into our uniforms. Then we got on the bus and went back to school. It was SO Fun.

My Banknote

So A couple days ago Mr Vega gave us a task to do on banknotes. He first gave us a couple of articles to study the security features on  a bank note. Then we had to get some paper and created our own banknotes and I created a 20 dollar banknote about my own country. Here is the dollar note I created myself:

The Test.....

I woke up early in the morning to get ready for our school test. After I got ready I made my way down the stairs to the car and went to school . I sat like a statue in the car thinking about the test.

I got to school just in time for the bell to ring. I rushed to class and hung my bag on the hook. I sat down with my Chromebook and opened up my test. I couldn't bear to look at the test any longer so I looked away . A few minutes later I felt sweat dripping down my head like a waterfall. 

 “YOU MAY NOW START!!!” as my teacher's loud voice echoed through the classroom and told us to start our tests. I opened up my Chromebook and started the test. I couldn't even answer one question because I was so nervous. 

So I kept on saying to myself in my head to “Never give up” over and over again. So I started to get a little bit of confidence and then the confidence continued on until I finally answered my first question. 

After I finished answering my questions it was time. The time to do it . My hands were shaking as my finger started to hit the Submit button and KABOOM…………

Today I have written a story. I shared it on my blog because I haven't blogged for a very long time. So please send feedback and most importantly ENJOY!!

Here is My story:

The sun was rising and the birds were chirping. My alarm rang as it nearly damaged my eardrums. I got up and yawned looking like a lion roaring. As I got up I followed my normal morning routine. When I finished my routine , I made my way downstairs and outside the door to walk my dog.

After I took my dog for a walk, it was about 10:00 am. I came back to my house and saw something interesting on the front porch. There was a note at my front door, I thought it was just the mailman who put it here so I walked inside my house and threw the note on my dining table and went to sleep upstairs. 

After a nice long nap I got up and grabbed my key and wallet to buy some groceries from the supermarket. When I noticed something that froze me for the past few minutes. The same note that I threw on the kitchen table was right in front of my door. My face turned pale and my jaw dropped like crazy.

I had no choice but to read it. So I picked up the note and I started to read it. The words said: I'm coming , over and over again. I threw the note down and quickly ran down the stairs into the car and drove off. Moments later when I got back from the supermarket I settled myself and the snacks in the living room couch and started watching movies. 

After my movie I went back upstairs and noticed something else that made shivers go down my spine. There was an attic door that the owners of this house didn't tell me about. I was of course scared but I wanted to find out what was in the attic. I was desperate to find whoever was writing me the note was in this attic.

I went into the attic and looked around. I saw a black shadow figure in the corner of the room. My eyes popped like popcorn  and ran down. I quickly ran into my room and locked the door and jumped  on my bed.

Turns out everything was a mistake. The black figure that I saw in the unknown attic was just an old, dusted up mannequin and  the letter I received was just a letter from my best friend he sent it to me and said he was coming over a, The letter was just pretty much some Halloween decoration because it was nearly Halloween. Also about how the note ended up in front of my door was when my friend sneaked into my house and put it in front of my door….THE END

Kids Voting 2020 - Room 7

Hello today I will be writing about our votes and elected candidate. The other day we were learning how to vote for candidates and Party's.

According to Room 7 The Labour party has been voted to represent the local area.  Candidate Michael Phillip Wood was elected by Room 7 to be the representative of our area

Informal votes will not be counted as votes for example: If you have your name on the voting paper then that is Invalid or If you have more than two votes on one side then that vote is also invalid. To get a valid vote you have to follow the rules of voting like: Not writing your name on the paper and not having 2 or more votes on one side.

What I enjoyed was writing about the votes.

The End of Technology

Hello Today I will be showing you a story that I have written because I have not been going to school. Here is my story. ENJOY!!!!!!!



It was 3:00 am in the morning. I stayed up to play my best game yet. I got hungry so I took a break and ate some snacks. While I was having a snack the power in my neighbourhood shut down. Not long before it turned back on. So I just went back to continue my game when I heard someone knocking at my door. I was thinking in my head why would someone knock at this time of hour late at night. I looked at the time and it was 4:15 am. So I took something I could use to hit. Then Put the chain lock on and slowly opened the door and it was my neighbour he said that the power will be off in 5 min and I was pretty Frustrated because I needed to finish my game. 

So I waited for the power to shut off and it took longer then 5 min for my power too shut down. I walked to my neighbours house and the whole neighbourhood's Power was off and mine was still on. So I walked back. Then all of a sudden the News popped up on TV and the news lady said " BREAKING NEWS The whole worlds power has been shut of due too a accident that is unknown" . I quickly turned of the TV ran up stairs too sleep. I woke up the next day and went down stairs and the same problem still continued. I dident bother so I just went to my gaming setup and continue playing.

A few hours later I heard My blender turn on and my other devices. I was freaked out when I saw the most Jaw-dropping creature I've ever seen in my life. I wasn't sure of it at first until I finally noticed it. It was a COMPUTER VIRUS not just any Virus a Virus that came to destroy all of Technology......... TO BE CONTINUED

The Mad Scientists Water Experiment. Muahahahahahahaha!!

Hello today in school and through out lock-down me and my class room have been learning about Water.I was about to get up and try one of the experiments when it started raining, So today I will be blogging about ONE interesting article.I enjoyed reading this article and finding out new things. In the article I found how you can turn salt water into fresh water without using any machines. How cool is that?

Today for our task's we had three article's to choose from one was called "The disappearing act" the second one was called "How to make salt water into Fresh water" and the last one was called "Making Puddles" which was similar to The disappearing act.

A River in the Sky

Hello today I have created a google slide on how the Rain forest (Amazon) creates rain.

What I enjoyed was Making the Slide.
What I found interesting was how the clouds collect the tree 
chemicals.

Did you know that if you are on google earth you can see the Amazon but when your in space and you look down at the Amazon you will see a bunch of clouds. Because of the 400 Billion geysers????

Water Cycle

Hello Bloggers Today I am going to write about what I created here.

Today we had a Extra Task asking us to Create and share a Water Cycle.

If you dont know what a water cycle is , A Water Cycle Is a cycle that is repetitive it can go on forever. For example A butterfly cycle , They are caterpillars then they make a cocoon and etc...... But a water cycle Is Pretty interesting. First the Sun heats the water and steam come's up. You call that Evaporation. Then it go's on through condensation and Transpiration from the plants and  Precipitation come's last creates a cloud and rains down a water fall and the water travels back into the same ocean and repeat the same thing over and over again.

What I found enjoying was Creating and shareing this with you guys.

My Story

Hello here is a story that I written in the holidays and forgot to post on my blog. ENJOY!!!!!

A Set Instructions

Hello today I am going to be writing about a set of instructions in and around a Hunger Ball game.

Game: Endgame

Game rules:

Number of players:
12 (6 people) 2 in each goal

Object:
To get the ball into the goal

How to play: 2 people have each goal 1 defends the goal and 1 plays. Your goal is to get the ball(s) into the other five goals. If you kick the ball into a goal then that person is out they run out of the game and another 2 come in and play.

Out of the game:
If the people inside take too long you have ten seconds to save your self from leaving the game if you get it in the game continues and you stay. If everyone is undefeated then everyone comes out of the game and the other 12 go in.

Hunger ball

Hello today me and my class are writing a recount on what happend yesterday.

Yesterday morning my class and the hunger ball met face to face on the small field to play a number of games.

As we walked to the field we met a man named Undoo. He worked for Hunger Ball. He gave us instructions on the things we have to do and not to do.

The games he gave us were Football/Soccer, Hockey and A fun game called Endgame. In Endgame Its kind of like soccer but you can use your hands and your legs. 

What I enjoyed was playing those 3 different games. What I also enjoyed was versing my friends. 

Hunger ball was a great game. If your school hasn't played hunger ball then make sure to ask your sports teacher to organise it.

The School Open day

Hello Bloggers today I will be writing about what I experienced and enjoyed about the school open day.

On 29th July 2020 Wesley primary's year 6's went to Wesley intermediate for open day, Along with May road school.

When we arrived there Mr Davis (Wesley intermediate's Principle) showed us around the main area. After he showed us around we went into the school hall and that's when may road arrived.

We split up into four groups Blue,Black,Red and Green. My group started of in the music area. It was fun we did some drumming and got to meet a amazing music teacher Mr Sa. After all the sessions we met up in the hall and we gave out good day certificates and I got one from the P.E group. 

I enjoyed the P.E group because I really love sports and we got to learn a new game. 

What I found Interesting was how Wesley intermediate has be through a lot of interesting journeys through out the past few years.

At the start of this I asked a question to my teacher and my question was "How many times have you been used" and in the article we found out the answer to that question.Water has been used ever since the earth was made.
